Join Us in Kenton, OH — Immediate Start
Picture your 12-hour shift on a modern production floor where safety, teamwork, and steady momentum define the day. Whether you’re loading finished goods, dialing in machine settings, or moving materials by forklift, your work keeps products flowing out the door—on time and on spec. We’re hiring multiple team members right now across Packaging, Machine Operation, and Forklift Operation at our Kenton facility.
Shifts and Schedule
1st and 3rd shifts available
12-hour shifts; work roughly 14 days each month
Weekends as needed
Where You’ll Make an Impact Packaging (No experience required — we will train) — $19.96/hr
Load and pack finished products for shipment
Verify quality while packaging to meet standards
Move items between work areas as needed
Machine Operator (1–2 years’ experience) — $24.70/hr
Set, control, and adjust machine parameters
Conduct periodic tests and checks
Inspect parts throughout the shift
Feed raw materials into equipment
Forklift Operator (1–2 years’ experience) — $21.46/hr
Operate forklift in accordance with safety protocols
Move, stack, load, and unload materials efficiently
What It Takes
Ability to stand for a full 12-hour shift
Age 18 or older
Lift up to 20 lbs as part of routine tasks
Willing and able to train on both day and night 12-hour shifts for 2–6 weeks
Fluent in English (reading and writing) for the safe and effective performance of job duties
Compensation & Employment Details
Job Type: Full-time
Pay (posting): Up to $22.75 per hour
