We're looking for a hands-on, customer-focused Shipping & Receiving Clerk who thrives in a dynamic environment where warehouse operations meet direct customer interaction. This role goes beyond the backroom - you'll be the friendly face assisting walk-ins, coordinating pickups, and ensuring small group orders are packaged with care and precision. Key Responsibilities:
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments
• Pick and pack orders accurately for both individual and group fulfillment
• Assist walk-in customers and coordinate order pickups with professionalism and warmth
• Maintain inventory records and ensure proper labeling and documentation
• Prepare packages for shipment using appropriate materials and methods
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing
• Keep the shipping/receiving area clean, organized, and customer-ready What We're Looking For:
• Prior experience in shipping/receiving, preferably in a customer-facing role
• Familiarity with the full order lifecycle - from picking and packing to handoff
• Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
