We are now hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide direct care to those with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a home-like setting. Benefits Great company culture Competitive pay with DailyPay Option Tuition reimbursement and campus partnerships Flexible work schedules close to home Referral bonuses Benefits, Supplemental Plans, EAP, and 401K participation Career growth and development opportunities Responsibilities Perform personal care tasks, including assistance with basic personal hygiene and grooming, feeding, ambulation, medical monitoring, and health care related tasks Foster positive relationships between individuals served and their circle of support Encourage self‑help activities Implement Individual Service Plans and Behavior Support Plans Manage individual behaviors by prevention or de‑escalation of aggression Keep accurate daily documentation of activities, fire/disaster drills, Behavior Support Plans, medications, goal and data tracking, and other documentation Transport individuals to and from community activities and medical appointments Transporting clients or running errands for clients Other duties as assigned Qualifications Eighteen years of age or older Pass a background check Driver’s license with valid Auto Insurance High school diploma or GED Salary Range USD $14.00 - $15.00 / Hour #J-18808-Ljbffr All Ways Caring HomeCare
