You'll proactively source and secure new and existing business accounts, tailor proposals to clients need to meet/exceed revenue goals.Responsible for proactively soliciting and managing group related opportunities with significant revenue potentialActively up-sells each business opportunity to maximize revenue opportunityAchieves personal and team related revenue goals. Ensures business is turned over properly and in a timely fashion for proper service deliveryResponsible for driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experienceProvides service to our customers to grow the account on behalf of the DoubleTree by Hilton Orlando Theme Park ResortEDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCEA minimum 4-year degree from an accredited university in Hospitality or related major OR 4 years' experience in Hotel Sales at a hotel with 500 rooms or more.Hilton experience is a plus but not required.SMERF group business prior experience required.This position does require previous hotel experience and is eligible for a bonus program based on achieving set goals.
