Position Summary Radiology Partners, Indiana (RP IN NIR) is a 35‑member, sub‑specialized, diversified, state‑of‑the‑art private radiology practice located in Dyer, Indiana, roughly 30 minutes outside the Chicago area. We serve Franciscan Health, the second largest health‑care delivery system in Indiana, across 7 hospitals and multiple outpatient imaging centers in a Tort Reform state. RP IN NIR seeks an ABR board‑certified or board‑eligible Interventional Radiologist who is comfortable reading all modalities to support several Northwest Indiana locations. This is a full‑time, on‑site day position with 1/6 weeks call. The role will read 80% IR and 20% General and offers the opportunity to practice IR with a diverse case mix. Position Duties and Responsibilities Full‑time day position (M‑F, 7 a.m. –4 p.m. CST) 80% Interventional Radiology; 20% Diagnostic Radiology Provide support for light IR procedures through an IR PA Call 1/6 weeks Collaboration with fellow radiologists to provide direction and education to support staff Ensure hospital organization compliance with federal and local regulatory agencies Engage with and support the needs of referring physicians and hospital administration Work with fellow radiologists to foster and maintain high‑quality imaging care service across facilities Desired Professional Skills and Experience Board certified or board eligible by the American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology Fellowship training in Interventional Radiology preferred Comfortable with all aspects of diagnostic radiology Ability to obtain an Indiana medical license Skills in engaging and supporting referring physicians Commitment to maintaining a culture that provides quality outcomes New graduates welcomed J1 candidates welcomed Compensation The salary for this position ranges from $500,000 to $1,000,000, with final determinations based on education, experience, certifications, geographic location, and other factors. The role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
