Aerospace L&D Manager: LMS, Compliance & Programs

Impulse Space, located in Redondo Beach, is hiring a Learning & Development Manager to establish systems and processes for employee development, training, and compliance. You will own the LMS, build training programs, and partner with engineering and manufacturing leaders to scale L&D in a fast-paced aerospace environment.
