Registered Nurse Critical Care

Schedule: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 36.00

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN): Preferred
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification: Required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification: Required
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification: Required
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification: Required
• S.T.A.B.L.E Certification: Required
• Intermediate Fetal Monitoring (INTFETAL): Required
• At least two years of recent experience in the field: Required

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Deliver coordinated nursing care according to established standards and the nursing process.
• Supervise and direct the activities of nursing staff, coordinating care with other disciplines.
• Collect and analyze patient health data to determine diagnosis and care issues.
• Develop and implement care plans, promoting health and a safe environment.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to deliver patient-centered care.
• Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
• Provide educational opportunities for patients and their families.
