What You’ll Do Help revolutionize how Spotter uses artificial intelligence to provide the most creative ideation workflows on the planet. This groundbreaking role combines AI, machine learning, and cultural analytics to explore new directions for pushing the boundaries of idea generation and storytelling. As a key member of our growing team, you'll leverage cutting-edge AI tools to drive engaging, data-driven content across diverse platforms, with a focus on understanding and optimizing YouTube content at scale. Work closely with the content generation team to seamlessly integrate AI tools into the ideation process, elevating both creativity and overall strategy. Prototype and refine AI applications designed to predict content performance, gauge user engagement, and identify emerging creative trends. Utilize extensive datasets to derive actionable insights, informing and shaping creative strategies to boost content personalization and relevance. Develop and refine AI-driven prompts to enhance content quality and consistency, ensuring our creative outputs are both innovative and impactful. Analyze and categorize YouTube content to identify and exploit creative genres, formats, and elements that maximize viewer engagement and performance. Perform statistical analyses to assess the effectiveness of AI-enhanced content strategies on expanding audience reach and improving retention rates. Present innovative product solutions and strategic insights to senior management and key stakeholders, advocating for data-driven approaches in content development. Stay up to date on the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, incorporating new technologies and methodologies to stay ahead of industry trends. Who You Are: You have substantial experience in AI and machine learning, particularly in applications involving NLP and large language models. Your background includes working with large-scale data environments and you possess strong analytical skills combined with a creative mindset. You are proficient in Python libraries and frameworks relevant to AI and ML (PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.) Your experience includes developing and leading innovative projects, with a proven track record of leveraging technology to enhance content creativity and audience engagement. You demonstrate a deep understanding of content ecosystems, particularly digital and social media platforms like YouTube. Skills and Qualifications: Expertise in prompt engineering and generative AI models. Experience with tools and platforms for data visualization and analysis to convey complex information succinctly. Strong presentation skills, capable of conveying technical insights and strategic vision to non-technical stakeholders. A curiosity for continuous learning and a keen interest in exploring new technological frontiers within the AI and content generation fields. In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles that will be performed in Culver City. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current pay range is: $100K-$500K salary per year. The range listed is just one component of Spotter’s total compensation package for employees.
