• 18 years of age or older
• Licensed driver with a clean driving record
• Able to pass a medical exam
• Able to lift up to 80 pounds
• Experience operating machinery
• Skill using and maintaining metalworking tools (e.g. drill press, chop saw, subcompact band saw)
• Experience with forklift operation
• Experience with data entry

• Experience with inventory management

• Craft & Create – Operate machinery and assemble essential lightning protection components.
• Be the Backbone of Production – Manage inventory, minimize waste, and keep operations running smoothly.
• Keep It Organized & Efficient – Help maintain a lean, clean, and high-performing warehouse.
• Get Moving – Drive to pick up and deliver materials as needed.
