Travel Physical Therapist – Auburn, Massachusetts TNAA TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13‑week assignment in Auburn, MA. Job Details Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Duration: 13 weeks Hours: 40 per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Responsibilities As a PT you will evaluate, develop, and execute plans of care for a variety of patient populations in the acute care setting. Supervise PTAs and therapy support staff Bills within facility guidelines Understand and comply with state PT board rules and regulations Interface with medical center personnel and physicians to ensure a team‑focused plan of care Familiarity with adaptive equipment Evaluate patients and create individualized plans of care Modify plans as indicated based on patient condition Use medical center computer systems for daily tasks Provide timely and accurate documentation following state and/or insurance guidelines Requirements Must have at least 6 months of experience (new graduates encouraged); 1 year preferred for exceptional candidates. Must hold BLS certification and a state‑specific PT license. Physical Therapists should be able to stand, walk, bend, lean, or stoop for long periods without difficulty and possess strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology. BLS certification Minimum 2 years of experience (additional certifications may be required before assignment) Compensation Pay package is based on 8‑hour shifts and 40 hours per week with a tax‑free stipend to be determined.
