Product Surveillance Coordinator

Zimmer Biomet seeks a Product Surveillance Coordinator to receive, document, and triage product complaints in Warsaw, Indiana. The role involves logging complaints across multiple channels, performing initial severity assessment, and routing issues to appropriate teams while adhering to regulatory procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive and log complaints via phone, email, web portals, and other channels
• Document complaint details accurately and completely per established procedures
• Perform initial triage to categorize complaint type, severity, and urgency
• Investigate process and procedure-related issues and identify solutions
• Monitor key performance indicators and metrics for the unit

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years technical writing, regulatory compliance, or report generation experience preferred
• Proficiency with EtQ, JD Edwards, Microsoft Office, and ability to learn software quickly
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data entry and documentation
• Proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks and respond to time-sensitive situations
• Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
