Dispatch Coordination Office Assistant

Job Overview We are seeking organized and dependable individuals for an entry‑level Dispatch Coordination Office Assistant position supporting transportation and freight operations. This role involves assisting with communication updates, shipment tracking, scheduling support, and administrative coordination in a fast‑paced logistics environment. This opportunity is ideal for candidates looking to begin a career in transportation, logistics, or dispatch operations. Training is provided for motivated applicants with strong communication and organizational skills.
