Senior Civil Engineering Project Manager – 10+ Years P.E.

Location: Sioux Falls, SD (options in Watertown or Mitchell, SD)

Are you an experienced Civil Engineering Project Manager looking to lead high-impact projects? A well-established civil engineering and land surveying firm in South Dakota is seeking a Senior Civil Engineering Project Manager to oversee infrastructure projects and mentor a talented team.

Lead and manage diverse civil infrastructure projects

Oversee project planning, design, and execution from concept to completion

Lead and mentor a team of engineers, designers, and technicians

Work with municipalities, DOTs, and private sector clients

Conduct site assessments and ensure project compliance

Manage budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies

Support business development, client relations, and proposals

B.S. in Civil Engineering (P.E. license required or ability to obtain within 6 months)
10+ years of experience in civil engineering project management
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microstation, OpenRoads (preferred)
Strong knowledge of DOT & municipal standards
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
