Access Coordinator

JOB REQUIREMENTS

As an Access Coordinator at Amery Hospital & Clinic, you will manage the technical aspects of the clinic templates for Primary Care and Specialty Care within EPIC; ensuring provider needs are met within the guidelines or AHC and/or department scheduling requirements. This position is also responsible for keeping templates updated, as system or provider changes occur, and coordinating changes with clinic staff and/or Call Center staff. This position is expected to support the mission, goals and objectives of Amery Hospital & Clinic. Work Schedule: 1.0 FTE/40 hours per week Monday-Friday day hours Required Qualifications High School graduate or equivalent. Minimum two years experience in a hospital or medical clinic setting or equivalent. Experience in a customer service setting. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge Of Medical Terminology. Experience With Microsoft products, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Preferred Qualifications Completion of position-related 2-year program, such as Medical Administrative Specialist or Medical Office Specialist. Experience in EPIC computer system.
