Experienced Trades Dispatcher
Cool Willy's Heating & Cooling – Tucson, AZ Cool Willy's Heating & Cooling is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Trades Dispatcher to join our team in Tucson! If you thrive in a fast-paced service environment, know how to keep technicians moving efficiently, and are comfortable working in Service Titan, we want to hear from you. Position Details• Schedule: Full Time in office/Flexible
• Pay: $18–$21 per hour, depending on experience
• Location: 1435 S. Euclid Ave, Tucson AZ 85713 What You'll Do
• Dispatch and schedule service technicians efficiently throughout the day
• Mange closes out technicians, assuring information, parts, and pay are correct
• Utilize Service Titan to schedule jobs, manage technician workflows, and update job statuses
• Update clients on appointment times
- Handle schedule changes, emergencies, and priority calls with confidence
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through clear communication and follow-up What We're Looking For
• Previous dispatcher experience in the trades (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or similar)
• Hands-on experience with Service Titan (required)
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Ability to stay calm and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused mindset
