Medical Director, Medical Affairs - Neurology- U.S. Remote

Worldwide Clinical Trials seeks a Medical Director for Medical Affairs in Neurology to provide medical oversight and scientific guidance for clinical research programs. The role involves serving as Medical Monitor for trials, leading global studies, managing safety reviews, and supporting protocol development while ensuring participant safety and high-quality clinical outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide medical oversight and serve as assigned Medical Monitor for clinical trials
- Lead global and pan-regional trials as Global Lead Medical Monitor
- Review and support medical management of serious adverse events
- Deliver protocol-specific and therapeutic area training to project teams
- Contribute clinical expertise to study protocols and medical deliverables
Requirements
- Medical degree from accredited institution
- Minimum 2 years medical monitoring experience in clinical research
- Strong knowledge of GCP, clinical development, and regulatory requirements
- Experience reviewing safety data and managing serious adverse events
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access
- Valid passport and ability to travel as required
Compensation: $134,500-$267,500 annually
