Restoration Project Manager

I have a client located in the Waltham, MA area that has an opportunity for an Architect. In this role, you will be working as a Project Architect for a client that works in the construction industry. This position will be responsible for project management, construction administration and design reviews on restoration projects. This position is a contract to possible hire role that is a long term need for my client. This role must be work on-site. Pay; 85,000-110,000/Yr. Bachelors degree in Structural Engineer or Civil Engineering with a Structural Emphasis 5+ years of experience in a project architect On track to get their PE Revit experience - able to review drawings and make revisions if needed. Knowledge of concrete and steel restoration projects preferred Experience with commercial and industrial projects - structural experience preferred Responsible for coming up with initial designs, putting together construction documents and assisting in construction administration
