Machine Assistant
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM

Position Summary:
The Machine Assistant supports machine operators in the setup and operation of corrugated converting equipment. This role is responsible for ensuring materials are properly staged, production runs efficiently, and finished products meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist machine operators with setup and operation of corrugated converting equipment.
• Stage materials for production.
• Feed corrugated sheets into machines.
• Remove, stack, and bundle finished products.
• Perform quality inspections to identify defects.
• Assist with machine setup and changeovers.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow production instructions and company safety procedures.

Qualifications:

• Meets all Class 1 position requirements.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• MUST know how to read tape measure
• Knowledge of hand and power tools a plus
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to accurately identify quality issues.
• Works well in a team-oriented production setting.
• Willingness and ability to learn machine setup procedures and equipment operation.

• Competitive starting pay of $17.00 per hour .
• Four-day workweek with 10.5-hour shifts (Monday–Thursday). Plus overtime opportunities.
