Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Experience:

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone who worked as Part-Time at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone who worked as Per Diem at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

Required Credentials:
Candidates holding a Canadian-issued license must submit proof of valid TN visa status or documentation demonstrating eligibility for TN classification under the USMCA.

Special Requests:

Cannot consider travelers employed full-time, part-time, or per diem by Cayuga Health or its affiliate, Schuyler Hospital, within the past 12 months.
All employment and gaps from the last 7 years must be accounted for, or back to graduation date.

Unit Details:
Performs, documents, and communicates diagnostic 2D and M-Mode echocardiographic procedures and stress echocardiograms.
Responsible for hook-up, disconnect, and downloading of Holter monitors.
Outpatient cardiology practice.

Floating Requirements:
Will travel to off-site hospital to perform testing on inpatients and outpatients.

14 days maximum time off

1 Manager reference required from within the last 12 months

1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 3 years

Certifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• RDCS (Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (ARDMS)) or the alternative certification RCS
