Benefits include medical, dental, and vision, short- and long-term disability, life insurance, 7 paid holidays (after 90 days of service), and generous PTO accruals from day one!Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to):Maintain the general ledger and ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records.Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations.Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.Analyze financial transactions and investigate discrepancies.Support external audits and provide requested documentation.Assist in developing and improving accounting controls, systems, and procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy.Competencies:Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Experience working with manufacturing and operational teams.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis functions.Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.Strong verbal and written communication skillsRequired Education and Experience:Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent experience required.3+ years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment required.Print or flexible packaging experience preferred.Strong understanding of Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word.Are you ready to THRIVE?
