Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing processes and ensure efficient production of high-quality food products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the production team, optimizing production schedules, and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily production operations to meet production goals and quality standards
• Supervise and mentor production staff, ensuring a safe and productive work environment
• Implement Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to improve efficiency
• Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demand
• Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with other departments, such as quality assurance and supply chain, to ensure seamless operations
• Conduct regular training sessions for staff to uphold best practices in food manufacturing

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a Production Manager in the food manufacturing industry
• Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
