Position: Field Marketing Team Leader - We’re looking for someone to lead, train, and motivate our canvassing team. Full-time position with base pay, bonuses, commission, and team overrides.

Qualifications:
▪ Canvassing management experience in home improvement or a related industry required
▪ Strong coaching, leadership, and team management skills
▪ Experience building, training, and motivating door-to-door sales or canvassing teams
▪ Comfortable working in the field and leading by example
Responsibilities
▪ Interview, hire, train, and manage a team of door-to-door canvassers
▪ Lead regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and field training
▪ Develop canvassing strategies, neighborhood mapping, and route plans
▪ Track team performance, support daily production, and help canvassers improve results
