Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Multi-disciplinary Teams: Work alongside fellow OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nursing staff to provide well-rounded, integrated care.
• Guide Patients and Families: Educate patients and their caregivers on therapeutic strategies to support continued progress post-session.
• Document and Track Progress: Monitor patient outcomes and modify treatment plans based on ongoing assessments, ensuring patients stay on their path to success.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.
• Encouraged and supported participation in continuing education or post-graduate certifications.

Licenses and Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is necessary.
