Job Summary As an HR Director, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling all facets of the Human Resources department. You will oversee training and career development for managers and hourly team members. Key Responsibilities Manage the recruitment process for non-exempt, exempt, and professional level positions. Adhere to federal and state employment laws. Lead labor relations, collective bargaining, and contract interpretation. Assist in Human Resource policy development and implementation. Direct investigations and resolutions of grievances and coordinate with labor attorneys. Conduct wage and salary analyses to ensure competitive compensation. Manage all aspects of employee benefit programs and participate in yearly benefits renewal and vendor selection. Oversee health, dental, and life insurance programs. Handle 401K testing and compliance. Administer workers’ compensation. Manage disability programs. Oversee payroll department operations. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent of 4-10 years of related experience, education, or combination. Experience in the food service industry (a plus). Bi‑lingual HR professional. Strong effective communicator. Ability to guide a diverse HR team.
