Job Details: Level – Experienced, Location – BOSTON, MA 02116, Position Type – Full Time, Salary Range – $18.00 - $20.00 Hourly, Job Category – Retail Key Responsibilities Build genuine relationships with clients through thoughtful and consistent outreach. Demonstrate a positive and proactive attitude in every situation to constantly raise the level of service and consistently exceed client expectations. Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication. Capture customers’ information using multiple means to communicate, utilizing phone and written follow‑up contact. Manage client books by following up with clients regarding their shopping experience and potential inquiries such as product‑care instructions. Achieve and exceed personal sales and productivity goals agreed upon with your Store Manager. Demonstrate full knowledge of the product, including benefits, to maximize sales opportunities. Use fashion expertise to inspire others and build collaborative partnerships in a team‑focused environment. Support managers in executing standard in‑store operations, such as daily replenishment and processing of seasonal markdowns. Leverage internal systems to conduct business analyses and track both store and individual KPIs. Support managers in maintaining the visual and housekeeping standards of the store. Operate the POS system and conduct opening and closing procedures. Store Cleanliness Maintain a clean and well‑maintained shopping environment. Daily cleaning tasks include: Dust and clean shelves, furniture, fixtures, and decor. Clean doors, windows, glass, and mirrors (exterior and interior). Pick up and empty trash cans and garbage, and dispose of it appropriately. Sweep and mop hard floors. Wipe and sanitize sinks, countertops, shared common areas, and equipment. Team Dynamics Report directly to Assistant Manager and Store Management to ensure high‑quality customer service and efficient store operations. Provide training to new teammates, including cross‑department functions.
