Build the Future of Property Management — Without Coming From Property ManagementAre you a multi-site leader who knows how to build strong teams, drive accountability, and improve performance across multiple locations?

We’re looking for an experienced District Manager, Regional Manager, or Area Leader who thrives in field leadership and knows how to balance coaching with accountability. You may come from retail, hospitality, restaurant, storage, healthcare, service, or another fast-paced multi-unit environment — what matters most is your ability to lead people, create consistency, and deliver results.

At KRS Holdings, we’re transforming residential property management by combining the responsiveness of private ownership with the systems and scalability of a growing regional company. We’re not looking for someone to simply “manage properties.” We’re looking for a leader who can develop managers, improve operations, and help scale a business from 4,500 to 10,000+ units.

This is a highly visible, field-based leadership role with approximately 50% travel throughout your region.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Location: Richmond

What You’ll DoLeadership & Team Development

• Lead and develop 5–8 Community Managers across multiple locations
• Build strong relationships with your teams while setting clear expectations and accountability
• Coach managers on performance, communication, operations, and leadership development
• Help create a culture where people feel supported, challenged, and responsible for outcomes

Operational Excellence

• Identify operational gaps and implement systems that improve consistency and results
• Drive occupancy, collections, resident satisfaction, and overall property performance
• Conduct regular site visits to mentor leaders, inspect operations, and reinforce standards

Strategic Partnership

• Partner with executive leadership to help scale a rapidly growing organization
