What You'll Do As an Associate Systems Engineer, you will contribute to the design, testing, and performance evaluation of complex systems while working alongside experienced engineering professionals. Key Responsibilities: Execute laboratory protocols, perform testing activities, and collect data on new product development models. Support system design, concept generation, and engineering development activities. Participate in design reviews and technical discussions. Conduct performance, reliability, and verification testing against engineering specifications. Evaluate system interactions and document test results. Analyze data and provide findings to project teams. Assist with troubleshooting activities to identify root causes and recommend engineering solutions. Support the development and improvement of manufacturing processes. Research technical literature and apply findings to engineering projects. Monitor work quality and promote a "Quality First Time" mindset. Present technical data and findings to team members and stakeholders. Contribute ideas that improve processes, efficiency, and product performance. Participate in collaborative technical team activities and special projects as assigned. Ability to follow written procedures, protocols, and standard engineering practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective verbal and written communication abilities. Experience gathering, organizing, and presenting technical data. Familiarity with engineering research and technical literature reviews. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment. Internship, co-op, laboratory, or project experience within the medical device, healthcare technology, biomedical, mechanical, chemical, or related industries is highly desirable. Education & Experience Required: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related discipline. 0-3 years of professional engineering experience.
