Job Title Industrial Millwright Location Portland, OR Pay Range $45 Shift Monday through Friday What Will You Do? Install, align, and troubleshoot various conveyor systems including belt, roller, chain, and screw types. Work closely with fabricated metal frames, weldments, and custom-built equipment. Perform cutting, welding, and fitting of components for installations, repairs, and modifications. Read and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, and mechanical layouts with precision. Diagnose mechanical failures involving bearings, pulleys, shafts, drives, and gearboxes efficiently. What Do You Need? Preferably 5-10+ years of experience as a millwright or in a senior industrial mechanical role. Experience in fabrication shops, manufacturing plants, or conveyor-focused environments. Ability to make real-time mechanical and fabrication adjustments in the field. Strong understanding of mechanical systems and troubleshooting methods.
