Overview As an Asset and Wealth Management External Audit – Regulatory Reporting Specialist – Director, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through complex regulatory landscapes, enhancing internal controls and mitigating risks. Within our Assurance practice, you will confirm adherence to regulatory requirements and provide strategic guidance on compliance strategies. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction, lead business development efforts, oversee multiple projects, maintain executive‑level client relationships, and mentor future leaders. Responsibilities Lead regulatory compliance initiatives to help clients navigate complex regulatory landscapes Develop and implement compliance strategies to mitigate risks effectively Oversee the preparation and submission of regulatory reports in alignment with industry standards Provide guidance on anti‑money laundering and financial crime prevention measures Conduct compliance audits and reviews to validate adherence to regulatory requirements Collaborate with clients to enhance internal controls and governance frameworks Promote innovation and technological advances in compliance processes Mentor and coach team members to cultivate their potential and drive business growth Build and maintain executive‑level client relationships to support strategic direction Identify market opportunities and convert them into successful engagements for the firm Qualifications At least a Bachelor's degree At least 8 years of experience Key Differentiators Demonstrated proficiency in Regulatory Reporting within Asset and Wealth Management Utilized Anti‑Money Laundering Compliance knowledge to enhance client engagements Implemented Compliance Program strategies to drive business growth Promoted technological advances in Regulatory Risk Compliance frameworks Cultivated potential through mentoring and leadership in client support Translated strategic vision into actionable business development initiatives Excelled in Governance Risk Compliance to maintain industry standards Travel Requirements Up to 20%. Salary and Benefits The salary range for this position is $134,000 – $348,500 ($134,000 – $410,000 for residents of Washington state). Compensation is based on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
