SALES OPENER DIRECTOR

Are you a natural leader who turns energy into results and results into a scalable system? We're looking for a driven, high-energy Sales Opener Director to build and lead our Opener organization. This isn't just about running a shift; it's about owning the performance and culture of the entire Opener floor. You'll set the standard, develop the leaders under you, and make sure the floor performs at a championship level, day in and day out. What You'll Actually Do: * Own the performance, culture, and growth of the entire Opener team, not just one shift, but the whole engine. * Hire, train, and develop Managers, Leads, and Openers, building a bench of talent that can scale with the business. * Set and drive aggressive sales targets, and build the coaching systems, contests, and incentive structures that get teams there consistently. * Analyze performance data to identify what's working, what's not, and where the opportunity is, then act on it. * Partner with senior leadership on hiring plans, comp structures, and floor strategy. * Be the standard-bearer for culture: high energy, high accountability, and a floor that people are proud to be part of. * Turn "hitting quota" into "building something people brag about being part of." You're not just a great motivator, you're a builder. You can walk the floor and fire people up, and you can also step back and design the systems that make that energy repeatable and scalable. What You Bring: * 4+ years of phone sales/call center experience with a strong track record of carrying and crushing quota. * 2+ years leading sales leaders (not just reps) — Team Leads, Supervisors, or equivalent. * Proven experience building or scaling a sales floor, program, or team function.

• Strong grasp of sales metrics, coaching frameworks, and incentive design.
• A natural ability to lead from the front while empowering others to lead too.
• High School diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience valued over

• Compensation: $105,000 + performance-based bonus/commission
