Senior Project Manager Specialist

Job Responsibilities Establish operational and administrative infrastructure for Value Based Care projects supporting Total Cost of Care and Acuity initiatives. Plan project resources, assemble and lead project teams as appropriate, manage time, and conduct data analysis. Identify risk, monitor progress/KPI tracking, and report progress to Value Based Care leadership. Makes recommendations on status reports, issue resolution, and program actuals against project charter, budget, and plan. Define and communicate frameworks/templates for deliverables, standardize and integrate plans across projects, and ensure quality of deliverables. Manage engagement risk, scope, vendor relationships, and resolve problems early. Track and share KPIs across programs and capture best practices for reuse. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent; MPH can substitute for two years of experience. Experience: Minimum of three years of relevant work experience; healthcare background preferred. Skills: High level proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Access), Outlook, and Tableau; strong communication, interpersonal, and customer‑service skills. Strong time‑management, organizational, analytical, and detail‑oriented skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment and to collaborate with teams at all levels. Compensation Salary range: $66,000.00 – $96,000.00. This range reflects the minimum job qualifications and is adjusted for education, experience, skills, certifications, and market competitiveness.
