About the Role:

Join Residential Home Living Services LLC as an STNA, CNA, or HHA and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients in Cincinnati, OH. We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to provide exceptional personal care and support in a home setting.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance client well-being.
• Administer medications and monitor client health as directed by healthcare professionals.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Document care provided and report any changes in client condition.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Assist with mobility and physical therapy exercises as needed.
• Uphold client confidentiality and respect their dignity at all times.

Requirements:

• Valid STNA, CNA, or HHA certification in the state of Ohio.
• Prior experience in home health care or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable demeanor.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Background check clearance required.
