Production Laborer Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $18.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Thursday )
- Preparación de moldes: Pulido manual de moldes, retirada y recolocación de cintas, y preparación de los mismos para la posterior producción de mármol.
- Acabado y detalles: Pintado y alisado del mármol cultivado dentro de los moldes; realización de tareas manuales de pulido, lijado y desbastado en las piezas de mármol terminadas.
- Montaje y logística: Uso de diversas herramientas manuales para construir palés a medida destinados a la organización y el envío de productos.
- Apoyo a la producción: Levantamiento de piezas terminadas o en proceso desde la línea de producción, o empuje de carros para desplazar los productos a través del proceso de fabricación.
- Operaciones especializadas: Puede incluir el trabajo en la sala de desbastado o como operador de pulverización (pistola de rociado); estas funciones requieren una autorización específica para el uso de respirador y el cumplimiento de una política de ausencia de vello facial para garantizar el ajuste correcto del equipo.
Production Laborer Qualifications:
- Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno caluroso, húmedo, polvoriento y ruidoso. Capacidad para levantar o mover materiales de hasta 50 libras durante el turno de trabajo.
- Capacidad para empujar moldes a lo largo de rieles hacia diversas áreas.
- Se valorará la experiencia previa en construcción o en un entorno de fabricación similar.
- Es obligatorio el uso de respiradores en ciertas áreas de trabajo; se requiere estar bien afeitado (sin vello facial) para garantizar un ajuste hermético adecuado.
- Debe ser capaz de comunicarse eficazmente en español.
