What You'll Do

As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll serve as a trusted advisor for customers looking to improve and secure their properties.

Responsibilities include:

• Meeting with homeowners and commercial clients to understand project goals
• Conducting on-site consultations and property evaluations
• Designing customized fencing, decking, railing, and outdoor living solutions
• Preparing estimates and presenting proposals
• Building and maintaining relationships with contractors, builders, developers, and referral partners
• Following up on leads and converting opportunities into completed projects

What We're Looking For

Ideal Candidate:

• Sales, business development, or customer service experience
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• Required: Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the service area

Preferred:

• Experience in fencing, construction, decking, outdoor living, home improvement, building materials, landscaping, or related industries
• Knowledge of residential or commercial construction practices
• CRM and estimating software experience
