Director of Engineering

Leading a rapidly expanding engineering organization, the full-time salaried Director of Engineering will oversee the development of Environmental Realism capabilities, fostering a customer-first culture and collaborating across teams to enhance AI-powered cybersecurity environments in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Build and scale a high-performing engineering organization, developing Engineering Managers and promoting a culture of technical excellence Foster a customer-first mindset among internal teams, ensuring the delivery of reusable and well-documented capabilities Lead cross-functional execution by partnering with Product Management and other departments to align priorities and drive coordinated outcomes Required qualifications 8+ years of significant hands-on software engineering experience with progressive engineering leadership responsibility Experience leading Engineering Managers and multiple software engineering teams Proven track record in building complex distributed systems or sophisticated software products Strong systems thinking across software, infrastructure, networking, and cloud services Demonstrated success in scaling engineering organizations while improving delivery predictability and quality
