Key Responsibilities:

• Exceptional Customer Service: Greet every customer with a friendly, professional attitude. Act as a consultant, providing product recommendations and cost-effective solutions for electrical, plumbing, and HVAC projects.
• Operational Integrity: Meticulously track inventory and manage orders with 100% accuracy. You understand that being a good steward of our stock directly impacts our shared profitability.
• Branch Pride: Maintain a clean, organized, professional showroom and warehouse. You take initiative to improve the branch because it is your branch.
• Collaborative Success: Work as a cohesive team to meet branch profit goals. Support your fellow owners by assisting with deliveries, shipping, and receiving as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A "mechanically minded" individual with a desire to learn our products
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to building long-term customer relationships.
• A high school diploma or GED
• The ability to pass a background check, DOT (Department of Transportation) physical and Drug test.
• Ability to drive a box truck
• Computer literate

WORK SCHEDULE

This is a full-time position. Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday from 7:30 am to 12:00 pm. Saturday schedules can be adjusted as the Branch Managers discretion.

WHO IS LOCKE SUPPLY

Locke Supply Co. is a growing, employee-owned distributor for plumbing, electrical, and HVAC parts and equipment based in Oklahoma City. The history of the company dates back to 1955, when Don and Wanda Locke opened a wholesale plumbing supply outlet in Bartlesville, OK. Locke Supply had a marketing vision of taking the merchandise to the customers' territory with exceptional customer service. It didn't take long for customers to develop a strong liking to the way the Locke Supply did business which led to the opening of a second branch in 1958. This concept has allowed Locke Supply to grow in areas never before considered. Today, there are over 190 store locations in a 6-state area and a 100-acre distribution center to supply them all.
