Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 36 Hours/Week Guaranteed | Projected Start: November 1, 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a 15-bed Medical/Surgical Telemetry unit serving adult and geriatric populations
• Maintain a patient ratio of 5:1 while delivering safe, high-quality nursing care
• Care for post-surgical patients and monitor telemetry, utilizing GE equipment and Medhost EHR
• Work a minimum of 4 weekend hours per month as part of the standard schedule
• Collaborate effectively within a team environment and adapt to working with limited resources
• Assist in other units on a limited, as-needed float basis

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• PALS certification required
• Demonstrated ability to care for surgical patients

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a stepdown or intermediate care unit
• Ability to read and interpret telemetry strips
• Experience working with geriatric patient populations
