Job Description

To ensure all outbound loads are shipped in accordance to customer requirements and within LVMH service levels

• Ensure all outbound loads are called in for routing prior to cancellation dates
• Manage a staff of 12-15 domestic and international Traffic Clerks
• Manage all international freight
• Ensure all international shipping documents are completed properly
• Valid IATA/ICAO, DOT 49 CFR, International Maritime Dangerous Goods certification
• Ensure all customer VCG requirements are followed to minimize Charge Backs
• Ability to recognize and anticipate areas of noncompliance
• Formulate action plans to lead to CDC conformance to the routing guides
• Be the primary point of contact for all communication, extensions, and dispute resolution

Charge Backs (number of charge backs and dollar amount) due to operations and OTIF

• Position reports to Traffic Manager

• Freight Carriers
• Customers

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of Traffic experience shipping to major retailers
• Retail Vendor Compliance experience
• 2-5 years international shipping experience
• 1-3 years experience working with Freight Forwarders
• Experience with retail Routing Guides in luxury industry
• English fluency (reading, writing, and speaking) is a must, Spanish helpful
• College Degree or equivalent
• PKMS and SAP experience
• RF environment
• Microsoft Office suite

Working Conditions

• Physical working conditions, percentage of travel, hours, supervisory responsibilities, etc.
• Fast paced distribution center environment

While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, LVMH Inc. reserves the right to pay outside of the published salary range of $65,000 -$70,000
