Full-Time Client Care Coordinator
Meridian, Idaho

Limitless Life Counseling is growing, and we are looking for an exceptional Client Care Coordinator to join our team.

This is much more than a front desk position. You will often be the first voice a new client hears and the first person they see when they walk through our doors . You help set the tone for their entire experience with Limitless.

We are looking for someone who is professional, dependable, organized, compassionate, energetic, and great with people . Someone who can handle a busy office, keep several things moving at once, and still make every client feel welcomed and cared for.

What You'll Do:

• Welcome clients and provide exceptional customer service
• Answer and manage a multi-line phone system
• Schedule, cancel, and reschedule appointments
• Check clients in and maintain accurate client information
• Verify insurance eligibility, benefits, referrals, and authorizations
• Collect copays, deductibles, and client balances
• Assist with billing, data entry, and administrative responsibilities
• Communicate with clients, clinicians, insurance companies, and medical providers
• Maintain strict HIPAA confidentiality
• Support our clinicians and administrative team wherever needed
• Help keep our office professional, organized, positive, and running smoothly

What We're Looking For:

• Previous medical, mental health, insurance, billing, administrative, receptionist, or strong customer service experience
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
• Professional, positive, and compassionate demeanor
• Dependable, punctual, and reliable
• Ability to remain calm and professional when clients are experiencing difficult or stressful situations
• A genuine team player who is willing to jump in and help

Healthcare or mental health office experience is strongly preferred. Experience with EHR systems, insurance verification, medical scheduling, or billing is a plus.
