Physical Therapist

Seeking a compassionate, skilled Physical Therapist to join the team at ClarkLindsey! The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating, planning, and providing evidence-based physical therapy services to residents across the continuum of care, including short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, outpatient, and assisted living settings. The PT promotes functional independence, mobility, safety, and improved quality of life in alignment with ClarkLindsey's resident-centered approach.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions including gait training, balance retraining, strengthening, modality, and functional mobility.
• Document services accurately and timely in accordance with regulatory and payer requirements.
• Monitor equipment and ensure safe practice environments.
• Contribute to restorative and wellness programming.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants in accordance with Illinois licensure rules.

What You Bring:

• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current Illinois PT license.
• CPR certification.
• Experience working with adult and geriatric populations strongly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

The pay for this PRN position is $55.00 per hour. Bonuses equaling up to 2% of salary annually are available based on performance, generally in the spring and fall each year. ClarkLindsey offers optional enrollment and/or access to the following benefits to full time and part time employees:
