Job Description:

Skills: Business Analyst (RCM Domain Understanding in Healthcare & well versed with Data & BI Platform implementation)
Business Analyst (Onsite)
10+ Years of experience; Good domain knowledge in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) related products and data (insurance claims, payments) in Healthcare domain;
Should have worked in Data Engineering, Data Warehouse, BI Reporting projects as business analyst
Should have end-to-end understanding of data platform and Analytics systems
Collecting, defining, and documenting business requirements related to Enterprise Reporting solution
Work closely with Product owner, and other business stakeholders to suggest best possible process architecture and improvisations to IT team
Analyze and evaluate large amount of data and current business processes a company has, identify areas of improvements
Presenting ideas and findings to all stakeholders.
Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements
Performing sanity testing, User acceptance testing as needed.
Prioritizing initiatives/user stories based on business needs and requirements.
Working knowledge of any agile tools like Jira/Confluence preferred, Creating User Stories, Epic etc.
