Production Manager

Job Description

Our client, a leading packaging manufacturer, is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee daily plant operations and drive safety, quality, productivity, and employee engagement.

Responsibilities:

Lead and develop production teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Ensure production schedules and customer requirements are met
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste
Monitor and improve key performance metrics including safety, quality, and productivity
Partner with Maintenance, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to support operational goals

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a Production environment
Experience managing supervisors and hourly employees
Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement practices
Packaging, plastics, paper, corrugated, or related manufacturing experience preferred
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
