Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). This position entails caring for critically ill neonates and providing support to their families in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should have strong assessment skills, the ability to make sound clinical judgments, and a warm bedside manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to neonates in the NICU.
• Monitor vital signs and assess the health status of patients.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate and support families regarding neonatal care and procedures.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• NRP certification required; NIC-RNC preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years Level III NICU experience preferred.
