Agency Development Manager

Position Overview Flypaper digital advertising agency is seeking a driven and ambitious individual to join our team as an Agency Development Manager (ADM) for its Little Rock, Arkansas office. This role offers significant earning potential for a motivated seller with a proven track record in digital advertising sales. Works alongside the Flypaper agency manager and works with the sales team. Key Responsibilities Prospecting & Sales Development Identify key vertical market segments and initiate outreach strategies. Conduct cold calls, meetings, and sales presentations to acquire new clients. Research clients’ businesses, competitors, and industry trends to craft tailored proposals. Achieve and exceed assigned sales goals, call quotas, and new business targets. Build and maintain strong, long‑term client relationships. Provide accurate and timely updates to CRM systems, ensuring pipeline information is up to date. Collaborate with Digital Media Consultants to optimize sales strategies and increase AVO. Support and train Digital Media Consultants in the market to strengthen sales efforts. Document all sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems. Provide regular sales reports and updates to the Digital Agency Manager. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications 1 to 3 years of experience in a sales environment, preferably with a background in interactive media, marketing, or digital advertising. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Proven track record of successfully identifying leads, making cold calls, and closing sales. Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, including Website Design/SEO, SEM, Display Ads, and Social Media Ads. Strong work ethic and ability to self‑manage and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment. Work well in a team environment; promote and foster professional, collaborative work experience. Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Maintain a professional and positive attitude in all internal and external communications. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Work Location & Schedule In‑office position Monday‑Friday. Benefits Base salary plus commission and bonuses (no cap).
