Medical Center seeking an Emergency Medicine Advanced Practice Provider. APPs will work 120 hours per month. No call. Main ED: 10-hour shifts, working alongside physician support. FSED: coverage as volume requires. Daily staffing: The ED is staffed with 4 physicians and 3 APPs each day. Rotations between the main ED and FSED are expected, though exclusive FSED coverage may be considered. Main ED: 42 beds with dedicated high-acuity, moderate, and less-acute zones. FSED (Opening 2026): 12 beds with full lab, X-ray, CT, and ultrasound capabilities. Technology: Cerner EMR with Dragon Dictation for efficient charting. Specialist access: Closed ICU with intensivist support, surgicalist coverage, and a robust network of specialists. Level III Trauma Center. Over 50,000 annual ER visits. Low transfer rate: ~2%. Admission rate: ~25%. 148,320k/year for 120 hours a month. Base pay $88/hr but bonuses increase that number.
