• Preferred Commitment: Full-time

• Alternative Commitments: One week on/one week off or two weeks on/two weeks off

• Clinic Days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
\n
• Clinic Hours: 8:00 AM‚Äì5:00 PM
\n
• Setting: Inpatient and outpatient
\n
• Patient Volume: Approximately 15 patients per clinic shift
\n
• Credentialing: Approximately 90 days
\n
• Temporary Privileges: Not available
\n
• EMR: Epic
### Call Schedule \n
• Approximately eight call shifts per month
\n
• Call shifts may be sporadic rather than consecutive
\n
• Weeknight Call: 5:00 PM‚Äì7:00 AM
\n
• Weekend Call: One weekend of 24-hour beeper call per month
\n
• 24-Hour Call: 7:00 AM‚Äì7:00 AM
\n
• Response Time: 20‚Äì30 minutes
\n
• Call responsibilities may be divided between two confirmed providers
### Requirements \n
• Board certified or board eligible within three to five years
\n
• Active Oregon medical license at submission
\n
• Active DEA registration
\n
• Active BLS and NRP certifications
\n
• Current OB and GYN case logs from the past 24 months
\n
• Ability to obtain both obstetric and gynecologic privileges
\n
• Availability for a virtual interview during the two weeks following presentation

• Low-risk pregnancy management
\n
• Fetal heart-rate interpretation
\n
• Level I obstetric ultrasound
\n
• Routine vaginal and low-forceps deliveries
\n
• Cesarean-section decision-making and performance
\n
• Breech delivery and multiple births
\n
• Placental abruption management
\n
• Third- and fourth-degree laceration repair
\n
• Minor office gynecology procedures
### Preferred Skills \n
• High-risk pregnancy management
\n
• Open and laparoscopic gynecologic surgery
\n
• Major operative gynecology
### Clinical Details \n
• Approximately 0‚Äì2 deliveries during a 24-hour call shift
\n
• Some call shifts may have no deliveries
\n
• Approximately 208 deliveries annually
\n
• Emergency gynecologic coverage, including ectopic pregnancy
\n
• In-office procedures and minor gynecologic or OR cases
\n
• Support includes two RNs and four Medical Assistants
\n
• No APP or resident supervision required
\n
