Job Details:

• Position: Outpatient Physical Therapist

• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school, CPR Certification, 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience, ability to work in Pleasanton, California, with a valid professional license in good standing
• Additional Information: Completes comprehensive patient evaluations, develops personalized treatment plans focused on progressing patients toward discharge, and ensures timely, accurate documentation in medical records. Participates in student supervision and professional development activities. Adheres to the State Practice Act and maintains licensure in good standing. Follows safety protocols, performs under signed, valid physician orders, and complies with insurance and organizational policies. Demonstrates competency in clinical reasoning, goal writing, functional assessment, and charge entry. Applies learned knowledge to meet organizational performance improvement initiatives.
