This role is pivotal as we scale up, and you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's success! Maintain and reconcile the general ledger and financial records Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and payment platforms Record and monitor e-commerce sales and revenue recognition Track inventory costs, cost of goods sold (COGS), and margins Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Process payroll and employee expense reimbursements Support tax preparation, audits, and regulatory compliance Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and controls Handle private and confidential information with professionalism Ideal Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 2–5+ years of accounting experience Strong knowledge of GAAP accounting principles Experience with accounting software, ideally QuickBooks Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience in e-commerce, apparel, or consumer goods companies a plus Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify Experience with inventory accounting and multi-channel sales CPA or CPA-track a plus If you don’t meet every single qualification but are excited about this role, we still encourage you to apply—we value potential and culture fit just as much as experience.
