Service Plumber

Service PlumberWe are seeking an experienced Service Plumber to perform residential and light commercial plumbing service, repair, and replacement work throughout Cleveland and Northeast Ohio. The Service Plumber will diagnose plumbing problems, explain findings to customers, present appropriate repair and replacement options, and complete high quality work. All leads are provided by the company, allowing each plumber to build lasting relationships with customers who become familiar with and trust their technician. We expect honest recommendations, quality workmanship, and professional service without high pressure sales tactics.• Perform residential and light commercial plumbing service, repair, and replacement work• Diagnose plumbing problems and clearly explain findings to customers• Present appropriate repair and replacement options professionally and honestly• Repair and install plumbing systems, piping, fixtures, water heaters, sump pumps, and related equipment• Diagnose drain and sewer issues using appropriate tools and equipment• Test completed work for leaks, proper operation, and code compliance• Document completed work and maintain an organized, stocked service van• Follow company procedures and provide a professional customer experience on every call• Previous residential or commercial service plumbing experience• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, repairs, and installation practices• Ability to diagnose plumbing problems and recommend appropriate solutions• Strong communication and customer service skills• Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record• Ability to safely use plumbing tools and diagnostic equipment• Ability to safely lift and carry tools and materials, use ladders, work in crawlspaces, and perform hands on plumbing work with or without reasonable accommodation• Employment is contingent upon completion of a job related background check and motor vehicle record review• Paid time off• Paid holidays• Paid training and continuing education• Hourly pay ranging from $35 to $45 based on experience• Performance commission ranging from 3% to 8%• Uncapped earning potential• Company provided leads• Approximately three to four service calls per day• Company provided take home service van• Stocked service van, tools, and equipment• Company iPad• Company provided uniforms• Consistent, year round work• Professional dispatching and office support• Overtime opportunities• Opportunities for advancement into senior and leadership positions1 800 Plumber +Air of Cleveland is an equal opportunity employer.
