About the Role
The Company is in search of a visionary and dynamic Head of School to lead its preschool through a period of growth and transformation. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a vibrant early childhood program, which is deeply rooted in purposeful, play-based learning, and is supported by a thoughtfully designed nature playground. This role involves guiding a dedicated team across multiple classrooms, stewarding an annual budget, and ensuring the implementation of best practices in early childhood education. The Head of School will also play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the school in partnership with the church and the Board of Trustees. Candidates for the Head of School position at the company should be prepared to submit a comprehensive application, including a letter of interest, a resume, a statement of educational philosophy, a statement of personal faith, and a list of references. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a passion for early childhood education, a strong understanding of the developmental needs of young children, and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating learning environment. The role requires a forward-thinking individual who can inspire and support the school community, and who is dedicated to the values and mission of the institution.
